Product Overview

The disposable PE bag making machine is an automatic specialized equipment for processing LDPE, HDPE plastic film. It completes unwinding, automatic web guiding, heat sealing, fixed-length cutting, handle punching and finished product stacking in one continuous production flow. The machine manufactures various disposable plastic bags including T-shirt shopping bags, flat food bags, roll garbage bags and takeaway packing bags, widely applied in packaging factories, daily necessities and food processing industries. Controlled by PLC and servo motor with touch screen panel, users can flexibly set bag length, sealing temperature and running speed.

Working Principle

Raw film unwinding → EPC automatic deviation rectification & constant tension control → side and bottom heat sealing → photoelectric tracking positioning → hot/cold cutting → optional handle hole punching → finished bags stacking or rolling.
